Gilberto May Miss Community Shield
Gilberto is apparently a possible doubt for the month's Communtity Shield match against Chelski.
AW said: "Gilberto will start training on Tuesday, but that is not much time and he could be short. It depends on what kind of shape he comes back in."
I'm not really bothered about the CS it's a Mickey Mouse trophy, as long as he's fit for the start of the Premiership - anyway, tradition has it that whoever wins the Shield doesn't win the league that season. Lets hope Chelski win!!!

a Chelski win on penalties would be perfect wouldnt it. Maybe after a 2-2 draw so the games at least a good watch!

if thats true and Reyes has taken another penalty, then thats unusual as TH14 is the main man, then Le Bob, Ralph etc. so for JA9 to be the man is interesting...

Shame about Davids I think. How much are they paying him? Baptista isn't coming, I take the point that this could all be posturing to get more money for himself but I don't reckon he wants to come here. And we shouldn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a player who doesn't want to excel.
I know I shouldn't but i'm leaning towards wanting Anelka to come back. Surely he cannot be such a sulky bast@rd as he used to be? I know he fuc*ed us over but he's a quality player. Are his brothers still advising him? Wenger has said that it was his dream to play Henry and Anelka together. Maybe he's burned too many bridges with le Boss and Gooners and maybe i'm just going crazy. I blame the transfer news for that!
Has anyone heard what Le Boss had to say after the match on TV?
