Ali Returns to the Premiership
Jeremie has cut short his loan spell at Celtic, as he felt he wasn't being given a chance to prove his worth...
"My mind was made up against Rangers on Saturday," said Aliadiere. "I’m upset I never got the chance to show why I signed.
"I was on the bench again and Adam Virgo was given a chance for the final few minutes.
"That’s when I thought, ’The manager is just taking the piss out of me.’
"I’m now looking forward to life at West Ham and the chance to play first-team football."
Fair play son...

hahaha, i love that comment about strachan taking the piss. Dont hold back there Jeremie. I hope he does well, and i hope he gets a chance as theyve now got 5 strikers.
Would like to see him develop into a regular starter for us. Does anyone know if he can head the ball?
To be honest i'm not sure if he ever will become a regular for us. I dont think he is a great header, so he wont offer anything different to what we have, and we really do have an abundance of strikers. Henry, Reyes, Van Persie, Quincy, Lupoli. I wont include Dennis as he will retire soon, but its going to be hard for Aliadiere.
Responding respectfully to gilio's comment: the jury is still out on Aliadiere.
On paper, Ali is a combination of Henry's pace and something of Henry's technique and Owen's nose for goal. He will bring something different: He doesn't over elaborate.
It doesn't matter if he can head to contribute to the arse. We need two forwards, possibly three forwards to emerge in the next two years -- a direct replacement for Henry so the side can keep consistent in its demanding playing style when TH14 is injured or tired. A plan 'b' striker who can head (like Baptista?), and a number 9. Wenger has probably got two of those three among the youngsters. Will it help this year? Whose got a crystal ball?
JA needs experience to develop to the highest level. Mentally he is neither Owen nor Henry, and physically he is weak but getting stronger.
His goals could keep West Ham up this year.
