Sven: "Sol Will Have the Same Oppourtunity As the Others"

England manager Sven Goran Eriksson has stated that he will give Sol a chance to get back into the England team.


Sven insisted: "Sol is still in my thoughts for sure. Three years ago in Japan, he was selected as the best defender in the world.

"He is not yet 31 and is just as good. It is just for him to get fit, play some football and he will be selected.

"The problem will then come as to who to play but that is my problem. He will have the same opportunity as the others."
