Matthew Connolly Signs Professional Forms with Arsenal....WHO?!?!?

If I'm being honest, I have never heard of this lad. Sounds OK though!

Stellar starlet Matthew Connolly, 17, has today signed his first professional contract with Arsenal football club after impressing in the Youth and Reserve set-ups last season.
Matthew, a tall, assured centre half who benefited from Steve Bould’s coaching in the youth set-up last year, featured in 11 games for the Reserves, 14 for the Under-18s and three in the FA Youth Cup.
He is highly-rated by the Arsenal management and will be looking to impress further in the Reserves this season, with perhaps the opportunity for a first team debut in one of the cup competitions.
Matthew was delighted to have signed professional forms with the club, commenting: "It is great news. I have learnt so much in my time here and just want to carry that on next season."
