Rosicky To Arsenal?
By the looks of things we are on the verge of signing Czech midfielder Tomas Rosicky.Yesterday Czech national manager Karel Bruckner said: "I am surprised it did not come to light earlier.
"We have tried to keep our promise to keep quiet but I must now admit that Tomas is undergoing medical tests."
Rosicky will be a good signing in my opinion, he is a quality play-maker and comes from a physical league - so it shouldn't take him too long to adapt to the Premiership.

Nyssie where do you think he will play? I don't see him replacing Cesc maybe for five games, he must have another role...
I'm not sure. Possibly on the left...as in my opinion Reyes just ain't got it - or maybe in the Bergy role, just behind Henry.

Well, he'd certainly provide a creative backup if Cesc was unavailable, but he is also capable of playing a deep striker role ala Dennis.
However, I see AW using a 4-5-1 in more games now, and this formation in itself can vary from very attacking to very defensive versions.
A midfield 5 of:
JAR--Rosicky--Bert--Cesc--Hleb
should be enough to scare the daylights out of a number of teams.
Just an aside folks - why is there an FC Barcelona Blog on the Arsenal Page of 'Newsnow '....can anyone explain....and now lastly on the issue of our midfield with Hleb / Reyes / Cesc / and Rosicky -if we do eventually sign him.....isn't this midfield a little bit on the short and slight side....
I dunno Serge...he's certainly got an eye for goal and his passing looks excellent...definitely an attack minded player!
he will play on the left. you remember his goal against us for sparta in champs league a few years ago. he skinned 3 players cutting in from the left then beat seaman botton corner
